What does the booking process look like?

The process begins with your initial inquiry! From there, we will schedule a concept consultation call to discuss your vision, including location, desired coverage hours, and any add-ons (such as a second shooter or videography). To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the initial balance is required.

How do you find your second shooters?

I have a trusted network of experienced second shooters in the Permian Basin area whom I have worked with and would confidently hire again. If my preferred in-house shooters are not available, I will outsource from my reliable network to ensure a qualified professional is secured for your day.

Do you charge a travel fee?

There is no travel fee for weddings within the Permian Basin (Odessa and Midland areas).

How will I receive my photos and videos?

Your photos and videos will be delivered via a private online gallery on the Pic-Time platform. From this gallery, you can: • Download your high-resolution files. • Share images with family and friends on social media (like Facebook). • Select/order professional prints, including metal prints (which are included in some packages).

How many final, edited images will we receive?

I never limit myself to a set number because I often deliver more than expected! For weddings of four hours or less, you can expect a minimum of 500 final images. For weddings that are four hours and up, you will typically receive close to 1,000 images or more. The final count depends entirely on the flow of the day, the number of guests, and the richness of the details and reactions captured.

What is your policy on weather or unforeseen events (Acts of God)?

In the case of an unforeseen Act of God (like severe weather) that requires rescheduling, there will be no cost to you from my end. I would only need to confirm that the selected second shooter and videographer are available for the new date and that the new date does not conflict with another wedding already on my calendar. If the event is canceled or rescheduled for reasons not deemed an Act of God, a rescheduling fee will apply, which varies based on whether your wedding is local or a destination event.

What are your rates for a courthouse or hourly wedding?

For courthouse weddings or coverage booked by the hour, I charge a flat rate of $400 per continuous hour (with a one-hour minimum). This hourly rate includes your coverage time, a private online gallery, and a copyright/print release. Additional hours may be purchased for $400 and up.

What is your turnaround time for photos and video?

For photography-only collections, your final images will be delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding date. If your package includes videography, the turnaround time for both your photos and video is 12 weeks.

What is your photography style?

My style is a balanced combination of Traditional and Candid moments. I ensure we capture all the important, timeless images—such as family formals, wedding party poses, and detailed venue shots. At the same time, I prioritize those genuine, in-the-moment photos: spontaneous reactions, quiet glances between the couple, and the overall mood of the celebration. It’s a mix designed to give you a complete story.

Do you offer a payment plan for the remaining balance?

Yes, I'm happy to work with your budget! I offer flexible payment plans, including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installments. Just communicate your needs, and we can easily create a payment schedule that works best for both of us.

Will we receive the raw footage of the video or photo files?

No, I do not provide raw, unedited footage (video or photo). Delivering only the final, edited product ensures you receive the highest quality work that fully represents my professional style and standards.

What is the cost for a wedding outside the Permian Basin?

For weddings outside the Permian Basin, a travel fee will apply. For destination weddings, the client is responsible for covering the cost of round-trip flight tickets, hotel, and a rental car for me. These same costs would also need to be covered for the second shooter and videographer, if you choose to book them.

When will I receive the physical products (flash drive, prints, box)?

For packages that include the custom-made 128 GB USB flash drive, heirloom box, and 4x6 prints, these items will be custom-made with my logo and delivered to you at the same time your final gallery is complete (either the 6-week or 12-week mark).

Do we receive a print and copyright release?

Yes, absolutely! Your final delivery will include a print release form that grants you the rights to print your photos anywhere you choose (a third party). You can also bypass this and order professional-quality prints directly from your online gallery.

What kind of final products do your videography services include?

I specialize in Full Ceremonial Edits that capture the entire essence of your day, not just a short highlight reel. Your final video includes: • Getting Ready Snippets: Short clips of the bride and groom, family, and wedding party preparing. • First Looks: Recordings of first looks with bridesmaids/groomsmen. • Full Ceremony Recording: A comprehensive recording of the ceremony using a combination of a stationary wide-angle camera and a detailed camera for close-ups and candid reactions. • Reception Coverage: Full recordings of key moments like introductions, the first dance, toasts, and open dancing, captured with both wide and close-up detail shots. • Optional Interviews: Upon request, we can conduct short interviews with parents, in-laws, and the wedding party during break periods.
